S. Parker solid brass and stainless steel cylindrical door locks are available in 2 3/8" and 2 3/4" backsets. The locks are reversible for use with right or left hand doors. All entry locks feature a deadlatch for added security, so the latch bolt cannot be pried back. The mechanism is wrought steel, zinc plated for rust resistance. Locksets are for hollow metal and wood doors, and adjust for doors from 1 1/8" to 1 3/4" thick.

Knobs and other exposed parts are of polished brass or stainless steel.

Pluses include panic resistant inside knobs that always turn to allow immediate exit, push-button security with turn buttons that release only with manual action, and simplified, standardized installation because of the standard cylindrical construction of the lock. All lock borings are for a uniform and standard, 2 1/8" hole.

All functions come in one standard-sized case with a 2 1/16" diameter.

A choice of two backsets is available, at no extra cost. The 2 3/8" backset is standard for many sets, and 2 3/4" backset is also available.

The grade 3 locksets latch bolts have a 3/8" throw and diameters of 7/8".

Knobs are 2" diameter and three keys are provided with entry locksets. Roses are round and 2 5/8" diameter. Strikes have a curved lip and are 2 3/4" long x 1 7/64" wide.

Installation is simple and standardized, with a 7/8" bore for the latch bolt, and a standard 2 1/8" hole for the lock unit.

The outer rose is threaded and the inner rose snaps on, concealing the mounting plate screws.

Specifications include a five pin tumbler, keyway #1063, KW-1 Keyblank-A. The latch bolt front plate is (2 3/8" backset) 1" x 2 1/4" or (2 3/4" backset) 1 1/8" x 2 1/4".
