Parker single action spring hinges work
well to close residential and commercial
doors, and are adjustable. The half-surface
versions 2019 with a mortise jamb leaf of
4 1/2" and a surface door leaf of 5
1/2", fitting standard dimension templates,
while the 2020 6 & 2020 7 are non-template
styles mount flat to the door, and are mortised
into the jamb.
Template and non-template models are available,
and finishes are prime coat and, for the
radiused model, brass plate. The lightest
model is not adjustable and is suitable
for lightweight screen and similar doors.
The 2028 spring hinges have button tips,
steel flanges. Delivers a positive closing
and latching action without using a door
closer.
